The GIRS Team
With the help of our extensive network of renewable-energy experts, GIRS has conducted extensive research into the entire renewable industry. After carefully evaluating many companies in each sector of the industry, along with the quality of their products and services, pricing, support, warranties, honesty, and reputation, we selected the
best company in each sector to be our permanent partner. This team of companies works with us on every project we do. It makes IRS the first
fully integrated renewable company in the world.
Why Were the World’s Leading Companies So Eager to Join the GIRS Team?
While the best renewable companies have done a bit of business in the Middle East, American companies have mostly been shut out. They are eager to get back in, if terms permit. Our close relationships with prominent public and private individuals and organizations throughout the Middle East allow us to negotiate the favorable terms needed. Therefore, these leading American companies see our opportunities as having great potential for them. They give us lowest possible pricing and priority delivery. These low prices often make their top-quality products less expensive than the cheapest alternatives.
Our partner companies have long suffered from the segmentation and immaturity of the renewable energy field. They always have to work with different companies on each project, usually not the companies they would choose to partner with, but based on the lowest bid for a project. This leads to arguments about scopes of work, costs, control, and quality. They rarely get the chance to work with another company often enough to develop a good working relationship or effective means of collaboration. GIRS gives them the chance to do their best work under ideal conditions with partners of equal caliber, with confidence that their good products and work will not be spoiled by poor quality from other companies.
As part of the GIRS team, they no longer need go through expensive and usually futile competitive bidding processes. The projects are brought to them. The overall integration, coordination, and management of the projects is handled professionally by GIRS, whom they trust because of our long working and personal relationships with their senior management. The result is that our partner companies all think it’s about time somebody formed a comprehensive integration company like GIRS. It’s just what they’ve been waiting for.
As a result of this permanent partnership and its advantages, they are able to give us priority in availability and the lowest possible pricing. These low prices often make their top-quality products less expensive than the cheapest alternatives.

Their innovative solutions for all photovoltaic applications and our unsurpassed service offer customers worldwide greater independence in meeting their energy needs.
GIRS frequently uses string inverters instead of central inverters, for quicker and easier service and replacement, giving our facility even more reliability. However, we locate those string inverters centrally for even more efficiency, protection, and ease of service. sma-america.com
Battery cells and Modules by Kore Power
The GIRS team member for battery-energy-storage systems (BESS) is KORE Power, Inc. (“KORE”), headquartered in Coeur D’Alene Idaho, U.S.A. KORE provides the team with their special design and engineering services relating to lithium-ion battery and module-cell production, as well as offering us a strategic-customer status ensuring that GIRS projects are prioritized in KORE’s allocation of modules worldwide.
KORE is America’s only fully integrated Energy-Storage provider manufacturing battery cells, module packs, racking, and complete ESS systems, overseen by their KORE Solutions division.
KORE is presently completing one of the largest American-owned battery manufacturing facilities, in Buckeye, Arizona, U.S.A. This new two-million square foot facility will have a capacity of 12 GWh per year and will be one of the few installations producing both lithium LFP and NMC battery variants. The facility is striving to operate with a portfolio of clean-energy technologies, including strategic partnerships with solar generators and on-site battery storage.
This partnership enables GIRS to source batteries, their replacements, and ongoing service from a U. S. manufacturer, rather than the long delays and lack of support typically experienced when BESS equipment is supplied from Asia. korepower.com
Storage, wind, and microgrid Engineering by Kore Solutions
Kore Solutions, Inc. (“KSI”) of Vermont, U. S. A. (formerly Northern Reliability, Inc.) is the GIRS team member that provides custom design and engineering services for battery-energy-storage systems, wind generation, and microgrids, along with installation supervision, and full field-service support services worldwide.
KSI is the oldest engineering & EPC team in the microgrid and energy-storage industry, with over 50 years of continuous experience in this field to each solution they develop. Their engineering team has designed and deployed over 1100 energy storage systems on all seven continents. Their clients have included the U. S. government, the scientific community, the utility sector, and private institutions.
Because of their experience with remote, extreme locations, KSI systems required an extreme degree of reliability and autonomy. Deployments in the Arctic and Antarctic and in high desert climates presented numerous design challenges. Through a focus on system supervisory controllers and enclosure technology, this engineering team overcame a wide range of factors in order to ensure system operation of energy storage assets for long periods of time without human intervention.
KSI’s unique enclosure and controller design affordably protects the batteries and maintains a healthy operating environment to maximize system lifetime. Their team has five decades of in-the-field experience knowing what will, and more importantly will not, work for clients.
While KSI is a division of KORE Power, KSI is a technology and component-neutral integrator, because not all client situations require the use of KORE’s own batteries. With this in mind, KSI maintains ongoing relationships with a wide range of other providers in the market. They stay at the leading edge of the field by constantly investigating evolving storage technologies.
KSI has earned a reputation for providing high-quality solutions which save clients time and money over the lifetime of their energy storage assets. They stand by the units they deploy throughout their lifecycle and through the system’s replacement at end of life. korepower.com/solutions

Automatic Soil Prevention by Ruth Agriculture
Ruth Agriculture Systems & Chemicals is the GIRS team member that manufactures TAL – the world’s only truly effective solar-panel, soil prevention system.
TAL is a fully automated, remote-controlled system that keeps solar panels from accumulating soil. It uses a tiny amount of purified, softened water without any chemicals. It is touchless, so there is no abrasion of the glass, unlike waterless robotic systems that grind the sand into the glass like sandpaper.
Since it has no moving parts and uses no machinery or electrical power, it is maintenance free, unlike robots that break down frequently in harsh desert conditions. Since it does not require putting any holes or screws in solar panels, it does not void manufacturers’ warranties.
Once significant soil builds up on solar panels, it is too late to clean them. The damage is already done, and cleaning will have to be harsh on the panels to remove the soil. Soiling will cause hot spots, the main cause of panel failure. Occasional cleaning will mean the panels are dirty most of the time, so production will drop severely.
The TAL system is by far the most effective and economical way to prevent solar-panel soiling. It prevents the most soil, avoids hot spots, and is safe for panels and the environment. It doesn’t break down, costs next to nothing to operate, and is ideal for severe, hot climates. ruth-agri.com
