Why does GIRS have the full support of the U. S. Government?

It is the declared policy and aim of the U. S. government to limit China’s influence and control around the world, especially in the Middle East and Africa. The U. S. is concerned about Chinese efforts to dominate second- and third-world countries around the world by controlling their energy supplies and establishing military bases.

For years, American companies have been shut out of the renewable-energy business in the Middle East through below-cost, government-subsidized bids by Chinese companies. The U. S. is eager to promote the return of American business to the Middle East, especially in the energy sector.
